Edward Cussatti

Edward Cussatti, MD, FACS is a board-certified general and bariatric surgeon who completed his general surgery training at The Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Connecticut, followed by specialty fellowship training in minimally invasive surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, he cares for patients across the full range of general and bariatric surgical procedures, with particular focus on minimally invasive and robotic approaches. Dr. Cussatti builds his practice around minimally invasive technique and rapid recovery: smaller incisions, less pain, and a faster return to normal life. He believes in answering the questions patients actually have about recovery time and what to expect afterward. He offers one-on-one, personalized care from consultation through healing, because getting patients healthier and back to their lives is what he finds most rewarding about the work.
